• We have our own factory in Industrial Estate, Kurla (W) Area, of Mumbai which is famous for production of industrial goods.

• We also have our own administrative office, quality control room & manufacturing unit just above the manufacturing unit.

• We have all type of machineries required for manufacturing of Capseals and Cap sealing machines, it is equipped with adequate furniture’s and fixtures, computer, internet, so as to cope with increased demand in business.

• Our skilled labour reside near the industry and are hence, easily available & work efficiently as team workers.

1. Installed Capacity : We are having our 15 workers with manufacturing capacity of 5,00,000 to 15,00,000 sets per month in capseals.

2. Power Availability : Our factory is situated in Masrani Lane, Kurla (W) Mumbai having three phase meter.

4. Quality Control Room: We are having separate quality room, checking our daily production i.e. thickness, weight per size, printing, sealing & size per piece.

5. Raw-Material:

• M.S. Sheets : M.S. Sheets easily available from direct importers, Mumbai (Heart of Tin market) & we are mainly purchasing from these reputed importers.
• Printing: Lithgraphed Printing is done by Center Tin Works & M.M. Corporation & in case of emergency; we ourselves do screen printing work in our unit at very short notice of time.
• Vinylflowing Gasket: PVC Compound with vinyl flowing gasket to ensure leakproofness.
• Packing: 500pcs. Of 2” and 1000 pcs. of ¾” drum capseals packed in export worty corrugated cartons.
